Now, folks, this will replace the valve of your RV's gray water tank. It is a 1 1/2 inch diameter valve, and that passage will allow the wastewater to travel freely when the valve is open. And as you can see, it closes simple, pulls open simple, very nice, simple operation. Now, the drilled stem does allow you to attach a flexible cable handle that's sold separately to the valve body, and you're gonna get the seals, nuts, hardware, bolts, everything you need included to install this. more

Valterra RV Black Water Tank Bladex Waste Valve Review- Video
Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer and today we're gonna be taking a look at Valterra's Bladex Single Waste Valve with three inch hub-to-hub fittings. This single waste valve is really easy to use. All you have to do is simply pull your handle out. Once that's out, it releases the blade into this section of it and allows water to pass through our pipes down to our other valve, and then when we're done with that, we can go ahead and simply push it in. Now if you do have issues trying to get down to this, you can also switch over to our cable-actuated ones. It's gonna basically have a cable that runs from the waste valve up to wherever you wanna mount it and then you can easily pull it, without having to really bend over or get under your motor helm. more

Now, these are replacement valves for your RV's black water and gray water tank. You can see this smaller one is a 1 1/2 inch diameter opening, and the larger one is the three inch diameter opening. Both of those will allow your waste water to travel freely when the valve is open, and then when you don't need it open, you just turn your handle, and that'll close the valve. Now, this part will include everything laid out here on the table, it includes the three inch valve body with the seals and the hardware to install it, comes with the 1 1/2 inch valve body with, again, the seals and the hardware, comes with two of the 72 inch long flexible cables, and then it comes with two of the aluminum mounting brackets with the hardware for installation. more

It is an easy operation, just flipping the switch will open them or close them, and they allow for flow from your black water and gray water tanks. Hey everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the Valterra easy valve electric valve for your RV black water tank. This allows you to have your black water tank valve open and closed via a remotely placed switch, so you don't have to get in to a hard to reach area to open up that switch. You can just place this in your control center or really anywhere that you want it to be within the length of the wire to operate that opening and closing for your valve. It does come with the face plate for the switch for your black water tank, but it does also come with another one for your gray water tank. So if you wanted to switch that out and then adapt this down to fit the size of your gray water tank, since this is a three inch tube, you'd need to size it down to one and a quarter since that's the typical size of your gray water tank, but comes with the plate if you wanted to switch that out. more

Today we're going to take a look at the Valterra Fixed RV Waste Valve Sewer Wye. It has a 3" Hub, 2" Hub, and a 3" Lug and this is a left orientation design.Now this RV sewer wye with the valve is part of your motor homes waste management system. The wye configuration will combine the flow of wastewater from your gray water line and your black water tank and then you connect your sewer hose right here to the 3" lug fitting on the sewer wye and then once it's connected, you just open the valve to drain your holding tanks.This RV sewer wye combines the 2" waste pipe, 3" waste valve. This part can be used as a replacement part or to upgrade your existing setup. The 3" hub portion will slide over your RV's black water line. The 2" hub will slide over your gray water line and in the bayonet style cap here, this covers your three lug fitting when it's not in use and if you notice on the cap, it has this integrated strap here, that'll keep the cap connected to the wye so you don't lose it.This part is a durable black ABS plastic construction. more

Review of Valterra RV Sewer - Electric 3 Hub to Hub Waste Valves - E40B-8- Video
Today we'll be taking a look at the Valterra EZ Valve electric waste valve for RV black water tank. This is going to give you an electric valve to operate your tank remotely, so you can open that and close that FRET with a push of the switch here.It comes outfitted with that black water tank plate, but you can retrofit this for a gray water tank, and it'll have a replacement plate for that. You will need to get an adaptor, though, to size this valve down from 3" to 1.5" to work with a gray water tank.This is going to be a really easy option for opening up that tank, getting your tank drained out, and then closed back up, without having to get under your RV or even get out and pull any cable or pull a handle.It does have a handle up at the top, so if you're dry camping or if there's a power failure, you could pull this little keeper here and then operate the valve manually. Pull it up, push down, and you can take care of business there. That little ring just pops back in place and keeps that handle locked in whenever it's being operated by our motor.It has a built-in 5 Amp breaker, so that's going to provide circuit protection for the unit, so we don't have to worry about changing any fuses. It just resets with the push of a button. more

Then it has an easy to grip handle on the end of the cable that can be mounted in a convenient location, so you can easily open or close the valve without crawling under your RV. It's going to have that three inch diameter passage to allow any waste water to travel freely through, when the valve is open.The hub is going to slide onto the sewer pipe, so that means the larger end is gonna go over that sewer pipe, and the spigot, or smaller end slides into the sewer pipe.It's going to have that 96 inch cable, and it's made of a flexible steel. So, that gonna allow to mount this, pretty much wherever you want it, whether that's somewhere out of the way, or in a secure location, somewhere where it's not gonna accidentally get pulled.Now I have this, sort of looped around itself, just so that you can actually see it all within the frame there, but you would not wanna have this looped whenever you install it. The instructions say that they want you to have this installed in, sort of a U-bend, with a nice gentle curve, or maybe a gentle S-curve, or in sort of a right angle.But again, you'd wanna avoid any harsh angles, or any really direct kinks, or really distinct kinks in the cable. more

It's made from a durable ABS plastic construction. It features the inch and a half diameter passage, which allows waste water to travel freely when the valve is open.The valve easily opens and closes with a T handle that's attached to a metal shaft, so you can see there how we can see that we have complete closure. Very easy to open and close the valve. The unit does feature the appropriate seals to ensure leak-proof performance.On this side, we have the inch and a half hub that slides onto a sewer pipe, so the inner diameter there, inside edge to inside edge is about 1 7/8 to 1 15/16 of an inch. more

The unit does feature the appropriate seals to ensure leak-proof performance.On each side, we have inch and a half hubs, that slide onto sewer pipes, so the inner diameter is about one and seven eighths to one and fifteen sixteenths of an inch, right in that area. more

Now, this RV sanitation T combines a 1 1/2 inch waste valve, a 3 inch waste valve, and it can be used as a replacement part or to upgrade your existing set-up. It is a T configuration, which will merge the flow of waste from your black water and gray water tanks. Has the rotating valves, which offer easy access at your mounting location. Basically, what that means is these valves can be rotated into whatever position you need during set-up to make it easier to reach the valve handle.And if you notice, the handles are color coded for easy identification of the valve. The valve easily opens and closes with the V handle, which is threaded on to a metal shaft, so you can see there how that opens and closes the valve, really nice smooth design, and this is a V handle which gives you a nice easy grip design, so it's got those curved edges on the side there.The unit does feature the appropriate seals to ensure leak proof performance. The three inch hub slides on to a sewer pipe, so the enter diameter here is about three and a half inches, and on this end we have the three inch spicket which slides into a sewer piper and that gives us an outer diameter of three and a half inches. ABS Solvent Cement is required for installation and it is sold separately. more
